Orlando native Raymond DeCicco has been an independent studio artist for many years.  Like many, he studied other artists during his formal education at Valencia College and University of West Florida.  He further pursued realistic and surrealistic imagery in painting , drawing , and various printmaking techniques , eventually settling on aluminography.  Largely self taught, he is an old school printmaker who still prefers the paper , ink , and impression methodology.  DeCicco has his own art and printmaking studio, which allows him to control and print his own editions.  He currently resides in Orlando; however his body of work has been devoted to recording rare and wild places throughout the country.  Subjects are symbolic of our connection to nature and its cycles -" Natural  Order Observed".

His prints and paintings have been included in over one hundred national and international exhibitions.  DeCicco's work is represented in collections of the University of Wales, Mennello Museum of American Art, Hunterdon Art Museum , Maitland Art Center, Elon College , Valencia College, City of Orlando , and private collections here and abroad.
